Steven Green

Steve Green has more than 30 years’ experience conducting Lean Six Sigma and Management Systems consulting for the government and private sector across multiple industries and environments. He is passionate about process improvement and facilitating teams to achieve results. Steve’s ability to form trusting relationships contributes to his success as a coach. His experience and knowledge provide clients with a safe space to explore thoughts, options, and intentions toward meaningful performance outcomes while exploring their styles and preferences. This allows Steve to better implement techniques to resolve how individual traits affect interactions with others.

Steve is a retired United States Air Force (USAF) veteran. During his service, he held senior positions leading efforts that resulted in substantial achievements in Supply Chain and personnel support operations. He also served as a civil servant with the USAF, where he held senior positions as Enterprise Architect for Supply Chain Operations business processes, and later as Course Director/Lead Instructor for the USAF Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course. He brings an in-depth process improvement approach, including defining and executing strategies, implementing management systems, curriculum development and delivery, training, and coaching.

As a consultant and certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Steve has a comprehensive understanding of leading multifaceted process improvement teams that delivers sustainable improvements. Steve has worked with teams and executives in the healthcare, automotive, safety, and medical supply chains.

Mr. Green earned a Master of Science in Management from Troy University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Occupational Educational from Wayland Baptist University.
