Ray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is currently finishing his Master’s degree in Business and Clinical Counseling. He has been called upon by organizations to coach business leaders to a higher level of achievement. He has more than two decades of experience in the areas of leadership, marketing, hospitality, team building, training, coaching, and facilitation.
