Strategic Support. Clear Direction. When You Need It Most.
You don’t always need a long-term engagement—sometimes, you need a confidential, experienced voice to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Strategic Conversations offer focused, confidential sessions with Pamela J. Green, designed to help executives gain clarity, sharpen decision-making, and move forward decisively—without the need for a long-term engagement.
Unlike ongoing executive coaching programs, which are designed for long-term transformation and include assessments, check-ins, and developmental milestones, Strategic Conversations are one-time, high-impact sessions focused on helping you tackle a specific challenge, decision, or opportunity. These sessions are designed for leaders who need fast, expert insight without the structure or commitment of a coaching retainer.
Short, focused, high-value consults
Fast, focused, and confidential, this 60-minute executive session is built for those urgent “I need a trusted advisor now” moments. To ensure we maximize our time, you’ll complete a brief pre-session questionnaire and join a 15-minute clarity call so we’re aligned on your priorities before we begin. Whether you’re preparing for a high-stakes conversation or untangling a complex issue, you’ll walk away with clear, actionable insight—and you may record the session to reinforce your next steps.
Private immersive strategy day for complex decisions, transitions, or planning needs.
An immersive, half-day or full-day virtual or onsite intensive designed to help you map strategy, align your leadership, and plan your next move. Includes the completion of a strategy questionnaire, a discovery call, live strategic mapping, and a post-session summary and check-in.
Clear your calendar—and your mind. This immersive half-day session is designed for leaders who require structured time and expert partnership to navigate complex leadership or strategic priorities. You’ll tackle multiple challenges, generate breakthrough ideas, and leave with a focused, workable plan.
Includes a discovery call, strategic intake questionnaire, live mapping with breaks and recaps, and a post-session summary and check-in.
This is your strategy reset. Whether you’re leading a team through change, planning for growth, or realigning your leadership approach, the full-day intensive offers full-spectrum support—virtually or onsite. We’ll slow down to speed up: designing a clear roadmap, resolving decision bottlenecks, and strengthening your executive clarity.
Includes a discovery call, strategy questionnaire, in-session mapping and coaching, catered breaks, and a detailed post-session follow-up and check-in.
* Rates vary based on organizational type and scope of engagement. Travel costs for in-person sessions are billed separately and are not included in the listed rates. Yes, you may include multiple participants; however, additional fees will apply.

Yes. I work with a diverse range of nonprofit and association leaders, offering modified pricing for qualifying 501(c)(3) and mission-driven organizations. Please inquire through the contact form or during your discovery call to learn more.
Absolutely. Many clients benefit from including a key decision-maker or team member, especially in strategic intensives or conflict resolution sessions. Please note this in advance so we can structure the session to meet your goals.
Yes. You are welcome to record any virtual session for your personal use. In fact, I encourage it for sessions where we develop strategies or map out next steps you’ll want to revisit later. Just let me know at the start, and I’ll ensure it’s captured.
You’ll receive a short grace period for follow-up support. For one-time sessions, I offer a 72-hour email window to clarify any points discussed or ask a quick question. For longer engagements, support windows are included and discussed up front.
If your follow-up requires deeper analysis or a new issue arises, we can schedule a shorter follow-up session at a reduced rate or bundle it into a mini-engagement. You’ll always know the cost up front—no surprises.
Most services are delivered virtually via Zoom, offering convenience and flexibility. In-person sessions, retreats, and strategy days are available by request and may include additional travel-related fees.
Yes, meals are provided for in-person intensive sessions.
We want you fully focused on your leadership, not logistics—so all full-day and half-day intensives include curated meals, beverages, and light snacks. Dietary preferences or restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
Yes. Some sessions (especially sprints and strategy days) include a summary memo or voice memo of key takeaways. If you need a formal report or recommendations document, just let me know—we can include that as an add-on.
Yes. For executives or organizations seeking longer-term partnerships, deeper engagement, and/or transformation, I offer quarterly and annual coaching packages as well as retained advisory services. Let’s discuss what best fits your leadership needs and pace.
Our time is yours to use strategically. If you don’t use all your scheduled hours during the initial session, the remaining time can be applied to a follow-up (virtual or in-person) session, used for targeted coaching, or allocated toward implementation support—whichever best serves your goals. To encourage and support accountability, all unused time must be used within 90 days of the original session unless otherwise agreed upon.
