Meet Pamela J. Green
“Before you obtain a seat at the table, you have to show up as if you already have one. If you already have one, make your presence known”
Pamela J. Green is a conflict resolution and coaching expert. She has over 30 years of experience in numerous leadership roles, from supervisor to chief executive and board chair. Now, she serves as the President of Pamela J Green Solutions, LLC.
As the Chief Membership Officer of the Society for Human Resource Management, Pam led global membership initiatives, including member engagement and retention. Her work fostered both membership and revenue growth despite an economic recession. It also raised the demand for her speaking, training, and facilitation expertise.

She has been an invited speaker to many national conferences, meetings, and events. This includes the National Association of Broadcasters Foundation (NABF), US Chamber of Commerce, WilmerHale, Hogan Lovells, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, Women in Leadership Summit, American Society for Association Executives, and many organizations and major corporations.
Pam also travels the country, beginning conversations with businesses and professional groups. From leadership effectiveness and executive presence to HR strategy and conflict management, she facilitates discussions across the business spectrum. Pam has provided support to organizations such as HUD, Exostar, FEMA, and PepsiCo, to name a few, by invitation.
Her Leadership Learning Circles™ program also continues to grow. The intensive program trains and develops leadership teams. Pam educates and coaches executives towards long-term achievements and sustainable development.
Pam earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. She holds certifications as an Internal Conflict Coach (ICC) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Testimonials
Pam I loved it!! Especially the Q&A section of employee engagement. I laughed at your statement about stopping team-building exercises! I loved your statement that engagement may be dependent on the leader, not the employee. What are the good leaders doing to engage their employees? I also loved your comments on rewarding good employees and helping the others to leave the institution.
Your webinar was R-E-A-L sister!

What I found most impressive about the coaching course was Pam Green’s style of teaching. She has practical HR and management experience and is most insightful in discerning challenges and perceived issues as part of the coaching process. Pam’s background enables her to assess individual cases/situations and to demonstrate various coaching approaches based on the person’s style and abilities. Pam has a high degree of skill and her coaching style is advanced, professional yet very natural.

The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority invited Pam Green to speak to our entire HR Operation about conflict leadership. Specifically, how to reduce the negative effects of conflict and use it as a strategic advantage. We were blown away by her professionalism, her knowledge of the topic, and the utilization of assessment tools to help us understand our behaviors. We never thought we’d laugh so much in a training about conflict. As a result of our experience with Pam, we are better able to actually realize the strategic advantage of conflict to build a better team, interpersonal and operational environment.
