Hello, I’m Pamela Green — a former executive leader for the world’s largest Human Resource association turned executive coach and consultant. My journey began with advocating for HR professionals on a global scale, ensuring their voices influenced decision-making at the highest levels. That experience revealed to me the disparities and untapped opportunities within the C-suite.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with top-tier executives and aspiring leaders to shift their focus from individual performance to collective success.
